Short version: Slayde collects what it needs to create decks, keep your account working, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

We collect information you provide and information generated when you use Slayde.

Slayde uses AI providers including Google Gemini and OpenAI to structure content, extract text from images or documents, and generate slide visuals. Content you submit may be sent to these providers only for the purpose of generating the deck you requested. Do not submit highly sensitive, confidential, or regulated information unless you are comfortable with this processing.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent abuse, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Decks are private to the signed-in account by default. Preview and download routes require ownership today. If public sharing is added later, it will be opt-in and the shared page may be visible to anyone with the link.
We use session cookies to keep you signed in and payment/analytics cookies or identifiers to understand product usage and checkout attribution. Your browser may also store preferences such as selected style or draft state in localStorage.
You can delete decks from History. You can also use the signed-in contact form to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security, accounting, and operational requirements.
Slayde is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, use Slayde with permission from a parent, guardian, school, or other responsible adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We operate online and use providers in multiple countries. Your information may be processed in the United Kingdom, Indonesia, the United States, the European Economic Area, or other locations where our providers operate. We take steps designed to protect information in line with applicable law.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS, restricted server access, and payment processing through Stripe. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version here and update the date above.

Yes. Slayde shows an outline first so you can review, edit, reorder, or delete slides before spending credits on final rendering.
Most decks are ready in about a minute. Render time depends on slide count, style, file extraction, and current model load.
Completed decks can export PDF and image-backed PPTX. PPTX is useful for presenting, but slide text is not editable as separate PowerPoint text boxes yet.
One credit renders one slide. New accounts start with 6 free slides. Buy more credits from the Pricing page when needed.
If generation fails because of a Slayde system error, spent credits are refunded automatically. If something still looks wrong, contact us through the signed-in contact form with your account and job details.
