By accessing or using Slayde, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Slayde is operated by EVERFACTURE LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales. You can contact us through the signed-in contact form at /contact.
Slayde is an AI-powered service that transforms text, notes, and documents into slide presentations. The service can generate outlines, slide images, PDF files, and image-backed PPTX files.
Slayde is not affiliated with Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, PowerPoint, or any presentation platform.
You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account. Sign-in is handled through Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must not create multiple accounts to bypass limits, pricing, or abuse controls.
Slayde uses slide credits. One credit generally renders one slide. New accounts may receive free starting credits, and additional credits can be purchased from the Pricing page.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices, currencies, packs, and features may change for future purchases. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to that purchase. There is no subscription unless clearly stated at checkout.
Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are delivered, except where required by law.
We may issue a cash refund or credit adjustment at our discretion in limited cases, including duplicate charges, technical payment errors, or a failure that prevents us from providing purchased credits.
Failed deck generation: if a deck fails because of a Slayde system error, spent credits are refunded automatically or manually after review. We do not promise cash refunds for successfully delivered credits or successfully generated decks.
To ask for help with a payment or failed deck, use the signed-in contact form and include your account and job/payment details.
You agree not to:
You keep ownership of content you submit. You also own your generated decks to the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party AI/provider terms.
You grant Slayde a limited licence to process, store, reproduce, and display your content and generated outputs as needed to operate the service, provide downloads, keep history, debug issues, prevent abuse, and support your account.
You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload or submit.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your specific use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying generated decks before presenting, submitting, publishing, or relying on them.
Slayde does not guarantee grades, business results, factual accuracy, design quality, or acceptance by a school, employer, client, or platform.
Signed-in users can access generated decks from History. If you delete a deck from History, Slayde removes the job record and generated output files from our server storage. We may retain payment, credit, security, and support records where needed for legal, accounting, dispute, or abuse-prevention purposes.
Slayde is provided online and depends on third-party services such as AI providers, payment processors, hosting, and authentication providers. We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
You may stop using Slayde at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, abuse credits or payments, or use Slayde in a way that may expose us to legal or operational harm.
Slayde is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EVERFACTURE LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, grades, opportunities, or business outcomes.
Our total liability for any claim related to Slayde is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or £50 if you paid nothing.
Slayde is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, you should use Slayde with permission from a parent, guardian, school, or other responsible adult.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version here and update the date above. Continued use of Slayde after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
